Visitors Guide

Being with your loved ones and family is an important part of speeding up your recovery. Of course, it is important for your visitors to spend time with you, but they also need to take care of the comfort and peace of other patients.

The patient rooms in our hospital are double or single. Only 1 attendant can accompany our patients in all our rooms. Our single rooms have a bed for attendants. There is no companion practice in intensive care units.

The points that visitors and companions should pay attention to:

  • - You can make your visits between 10.00-22.00 hours. Different visiting hours may be applied in different departments. You can get detailed information about this without consulting.
  • - In terms of patient health, make sure that there are no more than three visitors in the room at the same time.
  • - Children under the age of 10 can attend a sick visit, provided they are accompanied by an adult.
  • - Leave the room to respect the privacy of the patient during the examination or procedure.
  • - Do not use mobile phones in areas where medical equipment is used.
  • - If visiting and / or companionship application for patient health is prohibited by our physicians, please take care to obey this rule.
  • - Due to the risk of infection, live flowers are not accepted in inpatient rooms. Live flowers that come on behalf of our patients are kept for 3 days in the Porter Office located at the main entrance of our hospital.
