Principles

- 4. Health and sexual life data: Laboratory and imaging results, test results, examination and prescription information.
- 5. Service evaluation data: Responses and comments.
- 6. Visual and audio recordings: Camera and audio recordings.
- 7. Insurance and Social Security Institution information: Private health insurance and Social Security Institution data.
- 8. Web and mobile usage data: IP address, browser information, medical documents, survey and form data, location data.
- 9. Other data: Occupation, education, vehicle license plate, address, and information transmitted through hospital communication channels.
Purposes of Data Processing
Data is processed for the following purposes:
- 1. Protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services.
- 2. Sharing information with the Ministry of Health and other public institutions as required by law.
- 3.Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations.
- 4. Financing of healthcare services and eligibility inquiries within the scope of patient services and financial transactions.
- 5. Measuring, improving, and researching patient satisfaction.
- 6. Sharing data with educational institutions in collaboration for the purpose of conducting education and training activities.
- 7. Appointment notifications and identity verification.
- 8. Internal planning, management, and oversight activities.
- 9. Healthcare improvement, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- 10.Training and development activities for employees.
- 11.Marketing, campaign, promotion, and communication activities.
- 12.Accounts receivable collection processes.
- 13.Responding to patient rights and complaints.
- 14.Implementation of system and data security measures.
Persons and Institutions with Whom Data May Be Shared
Your personal data may be shared with the following persons and institutions solely for the purpose of providing services and fulfilling legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation:
